We’re recruiting: Intrapreneurship Programme Manager

Are you entrepreneurial and organised, with outstanding communication skills? Do you have experience of working in or with financial businesses, combined with a passion for building a better financial system?

We’re looking for a new team member to pilot a unique programme of work with ‘intrapreneurs’ – financial professionals seeking to transform their organisations and catalyse change in the wider system.

Reporting to our Executive Director and working closely with our Head of Programmes, you’ll design, deliver and evaluate a set of pilot initiatives drawing on the Lab’s unique approach to collaborative leadership and purposeful innovation. You’ll identify opportunities for income generation and contribute to the development of the Lab’s business model.

The role is 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week) and is a one-year post in the first instance, with potential for extension subject to funding.

You can download the full Job Description here and Application Form here. You will need to download the application form to your own computer before you can complete it (click ‘Download’ in the top right of the screen).

Please apply by returning the completed form as a Word document to hello@financeinnovationlab.org by 9.00am on Monday 16 July 2018. Please do not send a CV or letter of application – these will not be read.

We’re not just interested in your formal work experience – if you have voluntary or life experience relevant to the role, please also tell us about this. If you have any questions about your suitability for the role, please email us at the same address and we’ll do our best to help (but please note that we are a small team and won’t be able to respond immediately).

We’re committed to providing equality and fairness for all and not to discriminate on grounds of gender, marital status, race, ethnic origin, colour, nationality, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, mental health, religion or age. We encourage and celebrate the different qualities that our colleagues, and others we work with, bring to our work. And we believe that seeing things from a wide range of different perspectives helps us to resolve problems, adapt our approaches and develop as an organisation. We want to bring greater diversity to our team and we are keen to receive applications from people who believe they would increase the diversity of our team.
