We’re recruiting – impact research volunteer!
We’re looking for an impact research volunteer to support us in evaluating our flagship programme, Lab Fellowship – our unique incubator for financial innovators with a social mission.
As well as assessing the impact of our most recent Fellowship, which supported 14 innovators pioneering the responsible use of data in finance, we want to look back at all three of the programmes that we have run since our initial pilot in 2016, to understand the longer term impacts on our Fellowship alumni, and to reflect on what we have learnt about incubating for systems change.
The impact research volunteer will work with the Lab’s Head of Programmes and support them with research, analysis and administration. The role will provide experience in impact data collection, management and analysis, and conducting interviews, as well as exposure to evaluation report writing.
We’re looking for someone who can communicate confidently and personably; process and collate (quantitative and qualitative) data that may be stored in a range of different formats, and has an understanding of the Lab’s work and is interested to find out more.
The role requires no qualifications or prior experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, or office-based work, and is a unique opportunity to build your experience in a small, dynamic, and friendly team.
