We’re Recruiting – Fellowship Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative individual eager to use their skills in leadership development or capacity building to implement and develop our ground-breaking Fellowship Programme, helping transform the financial system for people and planet.
Lab Fellowship is our flagship programme which supports purpose-driven financial innovators to grow as leaders and develop initiatives that create transformational change in finance. Over the last five years the Lab has supported three cohorts of Fellows with resounding success to test and refine their ideas, build purpose-driven business strategies and develop their ability and confidence to lead not only their business, but also wider systemic change.
Our 40 Fellowship alumni are award-winning pioneers in their field, with many going on to make a significant real-world impact both by scaling their businesses and demonstrating that purpose-led financial innovation is possible. Our unique approach to incubation is one that puts purpose, systemic change, and collaboration first, underpinned by a rich and diverse community and supported by a faculty of experts in purpose-driven finance.
Lab Fellowship originated in our work to grow purpose-driven finance and we are now expanding it into other areas, beginning with our programme to shift mainstream finance. In 2021 we aim to adapt our Fellowship model to support a cohort of banking professionals influencing climate action within their institutions as part of our collaboration with the Transatlantic Climate Safe Lending Network.
We are looking for a purpose-driven Fellowship Manager to develop and manage an approach to delivering transformational Lab Fellowships that supports the achievement of our 2030 goals. Could this be you?
The Fellowship Manager will report to our Head of Intrapreneurship. You will manage the delivery of an adapted, online Lab Fellowship programme for changemakers inside large banks in 2021/2, document our approach to delivering impactful Lab Fellowships and identify and develop opportunities for income generation to expand the programme into new areas.
We’re looking for a great relationship builder with a track record of delivering impactful, human-centered programmes, an understanding of systemic approaches to creating transformational change and a collaborative approach to working with people.
Our ambition is to start this work as soon as possible from March 2021, and we look forward to hearing from you if you have an interest in this exciting opportunity.
We are committed to providing equality and fairness for all and to not discriminate on grounds of gender, marital status, race, ethnic origin, colour, nationality, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, mental health, religion or age. We encourage and celebrate the different qualities that our colleagues, and others we work with, bring to our work. And we believe that seeing things from a wide range of different perspectives helps us to resolve problems, adapt our approaches and develop as an organisation. We want to bring greater diversity to our team and we’re keen to hear what you think you’ll bring from your own background and experience (beyond your professional skills and knowledge).
To apply for this role, please complete and send the application form as a Word document to firstname.lastname@example.org by 9am Thursday 25 February 2021. First round interviews will be held on March 4 and 5. Second round interviews will be held on March 11 and 12.
