What we do

The Lab community is a network of systems-changemakers, including activists, campaigners, innovators, intrapreneurs, practitioners and thought leaders, all working towards a financial system that serves people and planet.

Together, we collaborate to change the story on finance, shift the power dynamics in the system, and build a financial system that is democratic, sustainable, just and resilient.

Our 2030 goal is that our community of committed and connected systems-changemakers have demonstrated their power to transform the financial sector and grow purpose-driven finance, shift mainstream finance, shrink unaccountable finance, and influence law, regulation and policy.

Who is the Lab community for?

Our community is a creative, supportive space of collaboration and learning for all those working to transform the financial system for people and planet. It includes alumni from our groundbreaking Fellowship programmes.

Members of the Lab community must commit to the Lab community guidelines, which outline our ways of working, our commitment to diversity and the terms of your relationship with the Lab.

Lab community applications are currently paused, as we update the community programme for 2022 and beyond.

Contribute to OUr Community

The Lab community helps us expand and increase our impact.

Lab community members contribute to the Lab’s work in a number of ways including speaking and facilitating at Lab events, volunteering expertise, and spreading the word about Lab news and programmes.
