In August 2025, the Finance Innovation Lab and civil society organisations and unions in the Better Pensions Coalition jointly wrote to the new Pensions Commission. We offer our support for the commission’s vital work, request to participate in its consultation process, and make the case for consideration of climate change and nature destruction to be within the scope of the commission’s mission to support people retiring up to 2050.
