In May 2019, the Lab launched an exciting new programme of community activities and invited a group of inspiring women working in financial innovation to be the first to know about it and be part of shaping its development.
Kindly hosted by NBS Ventures, during this event we shared our plans to support diversity and inclusion in our community and promote change in the wider sectors in which we operate. Guests were encouraged to be part of this change and shared their ideas for making it happen. We were joined by Hanna Naima McCloskey, former Lab trustee and founder of Fearless Futures, who shared her expertise on designing inclusion into business culture, strategy and product development.
