We want to hear about your experiences of borrowing money and using financial services, at a 1 hour online workshop. You’ll receive a £20 voucher as a thank you for your time.
We’re looking for people who have struggled to access important financial services, this could mean:
- You’ve been declined for a loan.
- You’ve used payday loans or unlicensed lenders when you’ve needed to borrow money (an unlicensed lender could be, for example, a friend or acquaintance, someone known in your area for lending money, or a loan shark).
- You’ve not been able to open a bank account.
- You have a poor credit rating.
The Finance Innovation Lab is a charity working to make the financial system work better for people and for the planet. In the workshop you’ll be in a small group with other people from across the country, and we’ll ask you some questions about your experiences. We will record the online session, and we might use what you say to support our work, but we won’t share the recording or your personal details with anyone else. Currently we are campaigning to make sure that everyone can have fair access to financial services, like affordable loans.
