Community and Communications Manager, (part-time / full-time), £30,360-£40,480 (depending on relevant experience) + benefits
We’re looking for an experienced, creative and strategic Community and Communications Manager. You’ll have incredible relationship building and interpersonal skills, and you’ll thrive on helping build and connect our exciting community. You’ll be skilled at dealing with all situations with a positive attitude and tact.
You’ll be able to engage successfully with a wide variety of stakeholders – from innovators, to policymakers and beyond – and will have experience and skills at building thriving networks or communities that help people work together for change.
It is essential that you have a demonstrable dedication to equity, diversity and inclusion; an understanding of intersectionality, and an affinity with the Lab’s approach to systems change and our core values, including an openness to continual reflection, learning and development.
You should have a commitment to the aims of the Lab, and an interest in the financial system, social innovation, systems change, sustainability and/or social justice.
You will have excellent communications skills and experience, including with social media, copywriting and ideally some experience with WordPress websites.
