Ongoing freelance opportunities
Alongside our core team, we work on a project basis with a pool of freelancers with the expertise to help us achieve change. These are our ‘Lab Associates’. They can be anything from an experienced facilitator or network builder, to an expert in one of the topics covered by our programmes.
If you are interested in becoming a Lab Associate, please send a paragraph about yourself, plus a short statement on how you see yourself supporting our work, to email@example.com using the subject line ‘Associate Enquiry’.
Before you contact us, please ensure you read our 2030 strategy summary which sets out our areas of focus. It may also help you to review information on our current Associates and their roles. Please be specific in stating how you see yourself supporting our work.
We are committed to providing equality and fairness for all and not to discriminate on any grounds, including gender, marital status, race, ethnic origin, colour, nationality, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, mental health, religion or age.
We encourage and celebrate the different qualities that our colleagues, and others we work with, bring to our work, and we believe that seeing things from a wide range of different perspectives helps us resolve problems, adapt our approaches and develop as an organisation.
